Overview

Eric is an experienced trial lawyer who combines commercial judgment with a resolution-focused approach to guide clients through high-stakes disputes.

As an associate in Barack Ferrazzano’s Litigation Group, Eric represents clients in commercial disputes at every stage, from pre-suit strategy and discovery through trial, arbitration, and appeal.

Before joining Barack Ferrazzano, Eric began his career at Kirkland & Ellis LLP in Chicago and later practiced at one of Connecticut's leading law firms, where he assumed lead and supporting responsibility on a variety of complex matters, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, taking depositions, managing all aspects of discovery, and working on several trials and arbitrations.

Eric also maintains an active pro bono practice; his matters have included forming and advising 501(c)(3) organizations, representing tenants in a security deposit dispute, representing a client in a legal name-change proceeding, and advising DACA applicants.
